Payment Terms:

  • 50% Booking Fee payable on conclusion and signing of exhibitor application form.
  • Balance Payable on or Before 30 June 2018
  • Early Bird Special Prices Payable in Full on conclusion and signing of Exhibitor application form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Written Cancellations received on or before 15th May 2018 entitles exhibitor to 50% refund
  • Cancellations 6 weeks prior to Event forfeit 80% of any fees paid
  • Cancellations 1 month prior to Event forfeits full deposit of payments made.
